Pick up your rental car at Queen Alia Airport and head to Amman. Depending on your arrival time, explore the city’s historical sites or dive into its vibrant food scene.

Begin your day exploring Amman’s Citadel, Roman Theater, and vibrant downtown markets. Then drive north to the remarkable ruins of Jerash, one of the best-preserved Roman cities in the region. After your visit, return to Amman for an evening stroll.

Embark on a scenic self-drive adventure along the historic King’s Highway. Discover Madaba’s ancient mosaic map, gaze across the Holy Land from Mount Nebo, and explore the mighty Crusader castle in Kerak before reaching the legendary city of Petra by evening.

Spend the full day exploring Petra, from the dramatic Siq and the iconic Treasury to ancient tombs and temples. For the adventurous, an optional hike leads to the impressive Monastery (Ad Deir). In the evening, enjoy optional experiences such as Petra by Night or a local cooking class.

Spend the morning discovering lesser-visited trails in Petra, such as Al Khubtha Mountain or the High Place of Sacrifice, for breathtaking views and unique perspectives of the ancient city. Day 5: Full Day Jeep Adventure in Wadi Rum
Enjoy a full day jeep tour through the dramatic landscapes of Wadi Rum, with stops at canyons, dunes, and ancient rock inscriptions. A desert lunch is included along the way. Return to your camp to enjoy a traditional Bedouin dinner and another peaceful night under the stars.

Please note that the accommodation is standard with 3-star/standard hotels (double or twin rooms) on bed & breakfast basis and Bedouin camp in Wadi Rum on half board basis (dinner & breakfast).

They’re available in Jerash, Petra, Amman Citadel & Roman Amphitheater in Amman & can be hired from the site itself yet we cannot guarantee the quality of their services.
It is always recommended to consider hiring a local guide at the visitors Center for a more in-depth understanding of the site’s history and significance yet the quality of the local guides can not be guaranteed as they work on a rotation basis. Some guides are more engaging, knowledgeable and fluent in English than others.

The duration of the main trail in Petra guided tour is around 2:00 – 2:30 Hours. Afterwards,you will be able to continue the visit of the site in complete freedom at your own pace without the guide (One way).
