Itinerary

Pick up your rental car at the airport and drive to Amman. Depending on your arrival time, you can explore some of Amman’s highlights, followed by trying one of our suggested dining spots.

Driving distance around 45 min – 1 Hour min depending on traffic.

Begin your journey south with visits to the mosaic-filled town of Madaba, the panoramic viewpoint of Mount Nebo, and the impressive Crusader castle in Karak. Travel along scenic highways toward Petra, taking in breathtaking views along the way.

Please note that the accommodation is standard with 3-star/standard hotels (double or twin rooms) on bed & breakfast basis and Bedouin camp in Wadi Rum on half board basis (dinner & breakfast).
You can upgrade your accommodation to premium (a mix of 3- and 4-star hotels) during booking.

They’re available in Jerash, Petra, Amman Citadel & Roman Amphitheater in Amman & can be hired from the site itself yet we cannot guarantee the quality of their services.
It is always recommended to consider hiring a local guide at the visitors Center for a more in-depth understanding of the site’s history and significance yet the quality of the local guides can not be guaranteed as they work on a rotation basis. Some guides are more engaging, knowledgeable and fluent in English than others.

The duration of the main trail in Petra guided tour is around 2:00 – 2:30 Hours. Afterwards,you will be able to continue the visit of the site in complete freedom at your own pace without the guide (One way).
