Customize Your TourHow our Private Tours Work
Book your Private Tour directly on the tour page, or we can create your dream Custom Tour in just a couple of simple steps.

Fill out our short Custom Tour form
To give us a basic idea of your group size, travel preferences, and timeframe. This will give us a starting point for your tour. We will get back to you within one working day (Sunday through Thursday).

You'll have a dedicated Travel Designer
Work with you to help create your dream trip. Our team of Travel Designers are experts in Jordan and will incorporate your wishes, requirements, and feedback into your final itinerary.

Confirm Your Trip!
Once you have agreed on the itinerary and price of your private tour, confirm your trips with a 25% deposit. We'll then secure all of the arrangements to make your trip a reality.

Final Details
Normally 2 weeks to a month before your tour, we'll get in touch regarding the final details. We'll send you an email with things like, your guide's name, emergency contact details, pickup details, etc.

Enjoy Your Trip!
Our driver and/or guides will lead you on an amazing adventure. Your dedicated Travel Designer will be in touch with your driver and/or guide to make sure everything goes well and make any necessary last-minute adjustments. Our office team will provide backup, so during your trip, you only have to focus on having an unforgettable experience.
